Product Description

The process design of GC-7890SD transformer oil gas chromatograph fully complies with the provisions of the Chinese standards GB/T7252-2001 "Guidelines for Analysis and Determination of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil", GB/T17632-1998 "Gas Chromatography Method for Determination of Gas Content in Insulation Oil", and DL/T722-2000 "Guidelines for Analysis and Determination of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil" of the Ministry of Electric Power regarding chromatographic process design. The machine is equipped with a highly sensitive thermal conductivity detector and a hydrogen flame ionization detector, as well as a nickel catalyst conversion furnace, which can determine all seven gas components dissolved in transformer oil: hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethylene, ethane, and acetylene in one injection. Its performance meets the requirements of the above standards for gas chromatographs.
