GC-8890 coal mine gas chromatograph
GC-8890 gas chromatograph is a specialized gas chromatograph designed and manufactured for coal mining systems based on their actual requirements. Dual FID and TCD can independently measure H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2, and hydrocarbons in different channels. Using a three channel workstation, complete component analysis can be completed within 5 minutes.
1, Main features
1. The instrument adopts imported technology and has the advantages of stable performance, complete functions, and high degree of automation.
2. Adopting a microcomputer automatic control system, with full Chinese keyboard operation and character display.
3. A large volume column box with an internal porous structure design ensures uniform air distribution and high temperature control accuracy, ensuring good reproducibility of analysis.
4. It can measure 9 gases including H2 (argon as carrier gas), O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, and C2H2.
5. Advanced and unique gas path process, using three gas path six way valve quantitative tube injection, equipped with TCD, FID and nickel conversion furnace. This eliminates mutual interference between the components, resulting in better repeatability, sensitivity, and accuracy.
6. The instrument has functions such as gas cut-off, power cut-off, and overheating protection.
7. The determination of CO, CO2, and hydrocarbons adopts a time-sharing injection process with dual columns in parallel and shared FID.
8. Equipped with a stainless steel mesh filter membrane, it avoids the problem of pipeline blockage caused by excessive coal mine gas dust.
9. The detectors are designed with modularity and advanced manufacturing processes, featuring high sensitivity, low noise, and a wide linear range; Different detectors can be configured according to analysis needs.
10. Touch screen operation, reverse control function, and pneumatic EPC control function can be optionally selected according to user needs.
