Product Description

GC-2011 is a new type of gas chromatograph that uses a Chinese large screen LCD display and a microcomputer controlled fifth order range up function. This instrument has absorbed advanced technology from similar products both domestically and internationally. The keyboard is set with various parameters, and the machine has functions such as power failure protection, over temperature protection, and gas interruption protection. It has stable and reliable performance, a simple and reasonable structure, simple and convenient operation, scalability, and strong advantages. Its basic configuration includes two types of detectors: thermal conductivity cell (TCD) and hydrogen flame ionization (FID), a dual packed column sampler (thermal conductivity cell detector), and a dedicated capillary injection system.

This product has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, pesticide, public security, Baijiu, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, universities, scientific research and other departments.

Normal working conditions of this instrument:

The intelligent rear door automatic cooling system with frequency conversion function has a fast cooling speed, achieving true near room temperature operation.

The column chamber adopts a unique tracking heating method to avoid contamination of the detector caused by rapid heating of the column chamber. Single column, dual gas path structure, with basic configuration as FID or TCD detector.

Equipped with a packed column vaporization chamber and an independent capillary dedicated system, it has a high-performance capillary split/non split injector and tail blowing system, which can easily install small caliber capillary columns, large caliber capillary columns, and various packed columns.

It has a power-off protection function and can automatically memorize set parameters. It has the function of resisting power mutation interference and stopwatch timing.

Equipped with over temperature protection function, automatically power-off and alarm when the temperature exceeds the set upper limit. If the temperature of any circuit exceeds the set temperature, the heating will automatically stop, and there will be a Chinese prompt for the cause of the fault and an alarm prompt.

Equipped with gas cut-off/leakage protection and Chinese prompt function, it can maximize the protection of TCD tungsten wire and chromatographic column from damage. Equipped with self diagnosis function for faults, displaying Chinese fault causes and alarm prompts at any time.
