Product Description

handong Jinpu Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. has recently launched a portable specialized chromatograph suitable for rapid on-site analysis of transformers. This instrument adopts the classic three detector process, and can complete the full analysis of seven gas components dissolved in insulation oil (including H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, CO, and CO2) in one injection. The analysis data is completely consistent with the data of traditional laboratory chromatographs. The instrument adopts advanced small modular design concept, with a small volume and light weight, making it easy to carry to the site for analysis. It provides timely and accurate data for transformer supervision and testing, while also saving a lot of manpower and material resources. The instrument has been tested by Shandong Provincial Institute of Metrology and its various performance has reached the international advanced level. This product was awarded the title of Key New Product in Shandong Province in January 2020 and received funding support from the local government for key new product transformation projects.

Performance characteristics:

1. Fully computerized touch screen operation

Four temperature controls and carrier gas flow can be monitored simultaneously, making it convenient to view multiple control parameters. And achieve various functions such as temperature digital setting and control, detector control, and over temperature protection for each temperature zone through single key operation.

2. Networking

Adopting 10/100M adaptive internet communication technology, it can form a local area network with high communication efficiency, achieving distance data transmission.

3. Three detector process, simultaneous output of three channel signals

Three channel signal output: A workstation equipped with three signal output channels can simultaneously output signals from one thermal conductivity detector and two hydrogen flame detectors..

4. Adopting advanced logarithmic amplifier technology.

5. Automatic protection function. When the pressure or flow exceeds the preset range, the bridge flow is automatically disconnected.

6. Automatic flow display and control function (EPC selectable)

Equipped with high-quality electronic flow sensors, it can accurately display and control the carrier gas flow rate.

7. Memory function

In the event of power outage or instantaneous interference, the microcomputer system can automatically save control parameters and restore normal operation after interference.

8. Protection and self diagnostic functions

When the carrier gas leaks or is cut off, the bridge current will automatically disconnect to protect the thermal conductivity detector from being burned out; When the temperature control platinum resistor is short circuited (or open circuited) and the temperature exceeds the set value, it can automatically disconnect the heating switch protection instrument and display the fault location and type.

The parameter settings are convenient, and users only need to perform simple on/off operations during each experiment, making it extremely easy to use.

10. Intelligent start

By adopting intelligent sensing startup technology, the calculation of retention time is more accurate.
