1,Instrument Overview

The JPN-300E high-purity nitrogen generator is composed of electrolytic cell, switching power supply, liquid circuit, gas purification, flow display, and other parts. The combination of physical adsorption and electrochemical separation is used to directly separate high-purity nitrogen from the air. The "electrolytic separation cell" adopts a clamp type electrolytic cell, which has high gas production and good heat dissipation. The catalytic layer uses precious metal catalysts, greatly improving the purity of nitrogen. The electrolyte adopts a "liquid level difference circulation type" to improve the electrolysis efficiency.

The flow display part adopts a digital display method, which is more eye-catching and intuitive.
