JPS-20A Plus fully automatic headspace sampler
Introduction
A headspace sampler is a tool used to introduce volatile and certain semi volatile substances contained in liquid or solid samples into gas chromatography. This analytical technique is called static headspace gas chromatography. "Headspace" refers to the space above the liquid or solid sample placed in the packaging bottle. "Static" refers to the state in which the volatile matter in the top of the sample bottle is in equilibrium with the same compound in the liquid or solid. We can consider headspace analysis as a gas-phase extraction method. Headspace analysis is the determination of the content of various gas components above the sample matrix in the original sample. So the composition of the gas phase can reflect the composition of the condensed phase. This method can directly determine volatile substances in water samples and solid matrices without other pre-treatment techniques, eliminating organic pollution caused by extraction and other pre-treatment processes to operators. At the same time, it eliminates matrix interference and improves measurement sensitivity. It is an environmentally friendly sample pre-treatment technique.
Purpose and scope of application
Headspace injection device is a sample pre-treatment device for gas chromatography analysis. Compared with other sample pre-treatment methods such as solvent extraction and thermal desorption, it is simpler and more practical, with higher work efficiency and better reproducibility of chromatographic analysis results. It is one of the preferred methods for trace analysis in gas chromatography and is widely used:
1,Petrochemical industry: analysis of volatile organic compounds in high polymer monomer coatings, etc;
2,Environmental Science: Analysis of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water and organic toxic volatile compounds in industrial wastewater;
3,Hygiene and epidemic prevention: Analysis of disinfection and fumigation residues in medical supplies;
4,Food industry: quality control of colored wine, vinegar, and soy sauce; Residual amounts of acetaldehyde and other substances in packaging materials; Extracted oil
6# Analysis of solvent residue, etc;
5,Flavor essence: flavor analysis in beer and tea;
6,Quality inspection of drugs: analysis of organic residual solvents in drugs;
Forensic chemistry: determination of ethanol, ketones, and aldehydes in blood and urine;
